Roberta's Pizza has produced the first installment of what is to be an ongoing video series detailing the processes and philosophies behind the pizzeria. The glimpse of a veritable mountain of dough; the shot of heaped, gleaming mounds of mozzarella; the glowing embers of the oven; all the kitchen shots are fantastic. Over the course of the video you'll hear from Chris Parachini (president and co-founder), Anthony Falco (the Pizza Czar), and Lauren Calhoun (head pizzaiola). It's a beautiful little piece, with some absolutely gorgeous glimpses at the pies they turn out.
