VIEW SLIDESHOW: My Pie Monday: Pizza al Taglio, Chanterelles, Purple Potatoes, and More!
In this week's installment of My Pie Monday we have some phenomenal looking pies! There's a heavy Roman influence with a Bonci style pie topped three ways from Jimmyg, and VPerry's pancetta, mushroom, and onion al taglio pie. TXCraig1 proves that not all squash pies are terrible, and Norma427 makes her best Jet's pizza yet. Amusebouche1 plays around with combining chanterelles, goat cheese, pears, and leeks, and Billgraney delivers a gold standard pie topped with chicken mango sausage.
