Versatility is one of pizza's greatest virtues. While traditionalist may favor tomato sauce, there is a whole spectrum of non-tomato sauces that make for an excellent pie. I'm sure there are some that I didn't even think of, so feel free to add them in the comments below. When you opt for a non-tomato sauced pie, what's the one you crave the most?
