Seven-year-old Michael Testa has only been tossing dough for two months. In late January, his father, Carmine Testa, bought Michael the plastic simulation dough that dough-tossers use while their family pizzeria (Carmine's Pizza Factory in Jersey City, New Jersey) was on hiatus during a location change.
From the New Jersey Star-Ledger:
His father, noticing the potential, said he is hoping to hook him up with a professional pizza tosser so he can get formal training. Some sponsored pizza throwers can earn up to $250,000 a year from competitions.
Producers from Rachael Ray's show are reportedly talking to Michael to make an appearance. [via Gothamist]
