Some are blind to the presence of the garlic shaker, drawn instead by the allure of the Kraft-style parmesan and red pepper flakes. But unlike the chemical can o' cheese and the flavorless flakes of oregano long past their shelf life prime, granulated garlic doesn't jump around on the scale of quality or freshness.
